The concept, as a whole, is under the responsibility of Sébastien Le Neindre, president of Canadian Food Wholesaler. Based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, Sébastien has worked in the food industry for 30 years. Having accumulated various positions in sales management with brokers and service providers and category management, marketing and negotiation with major brands and for national wholesalers. The structure initiated by Sébastien is the result of the observation of what he has lived with passion for more than 30 years.

LUCIEN ILMI

Logistics and Supply Director, Sales Development

Originally from the South of France, Lucien has nearly 30 years of experience as a manager and director of supply chain and logistic. His vast expertise, combined with his curious nature and his passion for travel, have allowed him to support various companies in the food industry, in terms of negotiation, research & development and procurement processes. He is also a pastry Chef and a trained cook and has his master’s degree in pastry, chocolate, confectionery, ice cream and catering.

ELLEN SHOTTON

Marketing & Community Relations Director

Senior Web Designer with over 23 years of experience in visual design. Co-founder of Gingo Juice, ginger root functional beverages, she has over 12 years of experience in marketing, packaging design, export and sales in the food industry.

Assistant, Administration & Carbon Neutrality

Having been immersed in the food industry since she was young, and more specifically in the last 4 years, Morgane joined the CFW team for the duration of her studies.

YANN GUILLOU

Sales Advisor

Almost 35 years of experience, 100% in the food world, in sales, marketing, and key account negotiation. 15 years at the head of his own company, ADDUCO-Couleurs Québec, Yann defines himself as a man of products and terroir. In love with New France, he makes a point of sharing his passion with whomever he can! Previously, he was part of French SMEs, as well as international groups. He has thus acquired cross-functional experience: supermarkets, France and Europe, food-service, sales to industry, independent shops, organic and conventional.

Business development manager (France)

An International Trade graduate, Théodore has acquired 3 years of experience in supermarkets, organized wine fairs in his region and has taken part in various events in this field. Dynamic, enthusiastic and curious, he likes to share his passion for good products with others.

PIERRE LAGUNA

Graduated with a Master 2 Supply Chain Management at the Strasbourg Management School. Studied for 1 year in the South of Spain, in Malaga, for his Master 1. Listening, empathy, and a sound jugement for customer relations are his keywords to success.

Originally a PR manager in the motion picture industry, Holger has now been an ambassador for food Made in Canada for more than 6 years. He founded The Poutine Kitchen, Germany’s first brand for the street food icon from Québec and advises companies and associations on culinary diplomacy & food marketing. Holger recently joined the team of Canadian Food Wholesaler to develop the German-speaking market and make German consumers discover the quality of Canadian food products.
